Terms of Use

The terms that govern use of the Mater Dolorosa Parish website, accounts and online parish services.

About these terms

This website is operated by Mater Dolorosa Parish, Barangay Dolores, Capas, Tarlac (Diocese of Tarlac). By using www.materdolorosaparish.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site shares parish information — Mass and devotion schedules, events, announcements, sacrament requirements — and, over time, online parish services such as certificate requests and scheduling. Schedules can change; for anything important, please confirm with the parish office.

Accounts

Accounts are created only by the parish office, by invitation. You are responsible for what is done through your account and for keeping access to your email secure. The parish may suspend or remove an account that is misused. Signing in with Google is optional and subject to Google's own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping of personal information, no submitting false information in forms or requests, and no use of the site to harass or defame anyone.

Content

Text, images and the parish emblem on this site belong to the parish or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; do not present parish material as your own or use it commercially without written permission.

Requests and bookings

Submitting a request or booking through the site is not a guarantee: it is confirmed only when the parish office confirms it. Fees, requirements and schedules are set by the parish and may change. Sacramental matters are governed by canon law and the Diocese of Tarlac's policies.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided in good faith, as is. To the extent the law allows, the parish is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, from schedule changes, or from interruptions outside its control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; disputes are subject to the courts of Tarlac.

Effective 2 September 2026.
